CLEAR WATER BASED WAX COATING PROTECTION AGAINST GRAFFITI - ENVIRONMENT FRIENDLY

I- PROPERTIES

Graffiti and pollution cause damages to facades, they need protection..

SCALPEX PROTEC WA 67 is a water-based dispersion of vegetal waxes, fully biodegradable, solvent free. It is designed to protect surfaces subject to graffiti harassment, indoor or outdoor, whether porous or not. SCALPEX PROTEC WA 67 protective film resists to weathering, to climate variations, and to heat up to 75_C.

SCALPEX PROTEC WA 67 protective film provides anti adhesive properties to the surface.

SCALPEX PROTEC WA 67 protective film may seal all porosity's, and therefore improves overall surface protection. After drying, SCALPEX PROTEC WA 67 protective film is clear and transparent and does not change surface aspect, it is micro porous and allows vapour exchanges.

Visual aspect: homogeneous milky gel

Specific gravity: 1 g/cm³ at 20_C

thinner: water

Film formation (MFT): > 5 _C (do not apply product under 5_C_

Efficiency: 300 g/m²

Not freeze thaw stable

III- INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

SCALPEX PROTEC WA 67 is used in delivery form. Stir product before application.

Apply product with a brush or roller avoiding excess of product and sagging. SCALPEX PROTEC WA 67 can also be sprayed at low pressure.

Let it dry completely, at least for 2 hours, and then apply a second coat that will provide a more efficient protection.

Rinse tools immediately with water.

IV- GRAFFITI REMOVING

Graffiti will be removed together with the protective film using hot water (90_C) under pressure (30 bars) with high-pressure hose equipment. Clean only the area spoiled with graffiti. After drying, patch the clean area again with 2 coats of SCALPEX PROTEC WA 67

V- WARNINGS

Avoid contact with skin and eyes, wear protective clothing, gloves and goggles

Do not work with product below 5_C and store product away of frost
